If you do not have an email client program on your computer (e.g., MS Outlook) , you may use a Web-based email account (e.g., yahoo.com, gmail.com, hotmail.com, etc.) to send us your form . To submit a form with a Web-based email program, do the following:

1) Enter your information into the Loan Request form fields.

2) DO NOT click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the form - Go to "File" then "Save As" and save the PDF form to your computer's hard drive.

3) Access (log on) your Web-based email account. Create a new mail message addressed to information@njeit.org . Enter a subject and message text in the body. Attach the PDF form file you saved on your hard drive. Send the message.
