The Trust's overview of the "Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program" will be held on February 3, 2009 at the New Jersey Bar Association, Rutgers Law Center, New Brunswick; and on February 6, 2009 at the Enterprise Center BCC, Mt. Laurel. Both sessions are from 8:30 - 12:30 pm. The sessions are open to individuals that are not part of the 2009 Finance Program, but are interested in learning more about the Trust. 2009 Financing Program Borrowers
All 2009 Financing Program borrowers are encouraged to attend one of the seminars along with their bond counsel, financial advisor and engineer. Please complete this Contact Sheet (Adobe Acrobat PDF) and submit it by January 14, 2009 .

Seminar topics include : Program overview, how to complete a Financial Addendum Form, how to apply to the Local Finance Board or the Board of Public Utilities, Socially and Economically Disadvantaged Program requirements, legal issues, escrow closings, and the requisition and repayment process.
