"As the Camden County Municipal Utilities Authority's Deputy Executive Director for the past nine years and as its Grants/Loans Administrator for the past nineteen years, I have been personally involved in all of the CCMUA's financings through the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust, since the first one we did in 1987.
